Dr. G. RAJASEKAR, M.com., Ph.D., at present he is working as an Assistant Professor of commerce, Lakshmi Bangaru Arts and Science College, Melmaruvathur, Chengalpattu Dist, TN, India, affiliated to University of Madras. He did his Ph.D with broad field of Corporate Governance & Ardhashastram in C. Abdul Hakeem College (Autonomous), Melvisharam, Ranipet Dist., affiliated to Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore. He is specialized in Accounts and Taxation. He did his M.Com., in the same college. He passed the eligibility examination of Chartered accounting in 2004. He has an NPTEL Certificate in Emotional Intelligence issued by IIT Kharagpur with Silver status. Published a Patent, entitled on Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Effectiveness in HRM in India.
He has published Fifteen research papers in quality journals including Scopus referred, ABDC referred, UGC care listed and ISBN publication. He conducted a research study on Risk and Return of Investment in the Stock Market. Totally, he has eleven years teaching experience and Sixteen years experience in the stock market industry. Now, he is Convener of Institution’s Innovation Council, Coordinator – IPR activities, Coordinator Smart India Hackathon, Coordinator – Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Cell, Member R&D Cell. He is IIC’s Innovation Ambassador, appreciated as Chief Functionaries on IPR Activity by Institution’s Innovation Council in 2024, won an Award for Exceptional contribution as a college SPOC in Smart India Hackathon 2024 & 2025. VMedulife software services was recognized as faculty of the year for outstanding contribution in ICT implementation in the college in 2024-25.
He was an invited resource person in GVN college (Autonomous) Kovilpatti. He has delivered five special lectures in an intra-college programme. He has organized several Guest Lectures, and Industrial visits and Trade Fairs. He is an examiner in several autonomous colleges, and universities. He was question paper setter in Bharathiyar University Coimbatore and state evaluator of Ph.D research in the university. He works as Question Papers setter at Autonomous Colleges and he was BOS member of Autonomous institutions.
